We purchased a Blanco sink and Hansgrohe faucet/soap. We found QB on a web search. Although I could have bought it on the web, I decided to speak to a "real person" to check a few details. I spoke to 2 different women (don't recall their names) and received the same, excellent service. Both had "hot lines" to the manufacturers and got the few questions they couldn't answer resolved super-quick.
