I found this company after very poor service from a competitor. I had ordered the same product from the competitor who listed the sink as in stock. 8 days later, we still had no shipping info because they had not shipped it yet and didn't even have it in stock. So, we ordered from Quality Bath. I don't have the product yet, but I am immediately impressed with the service. I placed the order this a.m. via telephone.
