Superior Customer Service
I want to acknowledge the superior service I have received from Naomi for the past 2 months. I completely renovated my bathroom and Naomi was truly amazing!! She helped explain various components of what I was ordering - made sure I included everything needed. Took extra steps to ensure that everything would work in conjunction with one another. When an item I orderd went on back order (without a ship date outlined) she worked to find another product that would look right with my set up. I am in the customer service industry and would be thrilled to have an employee like Naomi as part of my team. She displays outstanding customer service and should be recognized for it. I have been extremely happy with my experience with Quality Bath all around and will certainly recommend it to my friends.
