Great service!
After reading some of the reviews of this seller concerning order delays, I was a bit hesitant to order the glass vessel sink that I wanted for fear that it might take several weeks to get it, but their price was the best of all that I researched, so I ordered the sink on the 4th of July by credit card as they were closed, and then followed up with a 'phone call on Tuesday and was told that it was on the wayand got it today, July the 8th! The outside box was a bit damaged but the inside box was still intact. I knew it took a hard knock somewhere along the line tho because after I opened the inside box and removed the protective styrofoam cover on top of the sink I discovered that it had pushed through the end wall of the styrofoam and was lodged up against the end wall of the boxthe same end that was damaged on the outside boxwhew..I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that the sink was in perfect condition. It's beautiful and I look forward to when it is finally installed. Better than the photo. Thank you QualityBath!
