Quality Bath''s customer service is the best I''ve ever experienced when shopping on line. I ordered a number of things for a bathroom remodel & all were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition except a towel warmer that was backordered. When the towel warmer did not arrive, I called & was told they would check with th manufacturer. The towel warmer arrived the next day. That''s good service!
