Unbelievable customer service!
I rarely take the time to write give feedback for service but am so amazed I feel I have to in this case. We are remodeling our house and due to some last minute surprises needed medicine cabinets right away. I contacted other sites and could only get the cabinets we needed (based on size limitations) in no sooner than 4 weeks. I called Quality Bath and spoke to Mimi and she took a personal interest in my situation. She initially told me it would take 2 weeks but then she called back the supplier and told me she''''ll try to get it to me sooner, "that she will stay on them." The cabinets arrived UPS (with free shipping) three days later. I am blown away. Thank you Mimi and thank you Quality Bath.
