I was extremely pleased with all my dealings with Quality Bath!!! They were courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable with every detail of my orders. Additionally, they were able to advise/recommend when uncertain about things I might or might not need-and that's the reason most people go to a retailer instead.
In the end, I purchased most of my fixtures for my new bath, and saved thousands of dollars ordering through them!!!!
The only issue I had was that shipping did not always come as requested-with a signature required. It did arrive on time, however, and everything was shipped in excellent condition.
