Missadventures in the Tub
I should have written this long ago.I ordered a custom tub for my bath remodel from QB. It took 6 weeks (expected, they warned me at purchase) but when it arrived the box was a mess, and apparently the shipper had ped it. The shipper was very unhelpful, but the folks at QB were great. I had lots of photos before and after opening the box, and had signed to accept it only after noting the damage to the box.
After not getting very far with the shipper I contacted QB, they looked it over, and got another tub on order for me. In short they were great, and I will go to them first with my business every time......John Sharkey
