Superior Customer Experience
I would like to compliment Quality Bath on their outstanding service. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and had ordered a sink from the local plumbing store. Unfortunately it was on back order until May. I contacted Quality Bath yesterday, 4/19 at 10:00 in the morning. I was assisted by a very courteous representative who processed my order & promised I would have my sink in 1 to 2 days. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to receive our sink today!!! Not only did Quality Bath exceed our expectations, we also saved money too!
