Over the last 2 years, QualityBath has provided us with everything needed for a complete remodel of our 2 bathrooms. This includes fixtures, toilets, mirrors, vanities, and accessories. We researched what we wanted before even looking at their extensive on-line inventory, and found that they were almost always able to get us exactly what we wanted. One would expect that with the amount of items we purchased, occasionally there would be a minor quality control problem - particularly when making these purchases sight unseen on the internet. Further, because most items were special order requests from us, one would expect most distributors are there at point of sale, but then little else. NOT SO with QualityBath! Sara and Janet were with us every step of the way, and when small problems did occur, they did whatever was needed to resolve the problem to our satisfaction.
