I decided to call and spoke with one of the most knowledgable and helpful sales peolpe that I have ever dealt with.She was enthusiastic in her approach and offerred suggestions about optional products that I had not cnsidered. She went out of her way to make a call to one of the manufacturers to check on a technical issue on a whirlpool tub that I was looking at. I thought that I had received reasonably competitive pricing with the local distributor, however Quality Bath was able to save me close to $1000 on a $7000 order.
