After laboriously choosing my tub/shower fixtures one night, I called QualityBath. the next day to check on expected ship dates. Alas, my choices were all out of stock! This turned out to be a challenge, but Naomi (who, btw, picked up right away no phone menu to sit through!) patiently suggested one item number after another to check, and would have me hang up periodically while she let herself sit on hold with various companies to see what THEIR ship dates would be. She always got right back to me. For two hours, we did this, until I finally found something I loved and that was in stock.
