My wife and I are building our "dream house" and we both wanted a beautiful Houzer sink for the kitchen. We ordered one at a "big box" store but were later told that they couldn't get it for 2 weeks later than they promised. Both Jack and his associate, Miri, followed up later with us and checked the status of our order to make sure everything was all OK.
