We recently purchased a fairly large number of Valli & Valli cabinet pulls. It was the first time we ordered from Quality Bath and it was a very positive experience. I telephoned them twice to confirm price and availability. The women I spoke with both days were friendly and knowledgeable, and called Valli & Valli, while I was on the phone, to verify the number of pulls we wanted were in stock. The price for the pulls was excellent.
Within an hour of placing the order, I received an e-mail confirmation. Within a few days, I received another e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track shipment status. We received the pulls seven days after placing the order, mailed from the east to the west coast. They were well packed and in excellent condition.
So long as the price is competitive, we would purchase from Quality Bath again.
