Unfortunately, the beautiful Whitehaus farmhouse kitchen sink I ordered for my client at an incredibly low price from Quality Bath came slightly cracked. Fortunately, when I called, I was put in touch with Janet in customer service! After receiving emailed photos of the crack, she replaced the sink for free (while the original shipping was free, we did have to pay to reship-not unreasonable.)Over the course of a couple of weeks, Janet always consistently responded to my emails quickly (and there were quite a few) in a completely professional, friendly, and helpful manner. She updated me on shipping numerous times, and the replacement sink arrived a day early. Even with a few hiccups along the way, I would absolutely order from Quality Bath again and recommend this website to my friends and clients.
