After receiving emailed photos of the crack, she replaced the sink for free (while the original shipping was free, we did have to pay to reship-not unreasonable.)Over the course of a couple of weeks, Janet always consistently responded to my emails quickly (and there were quite a few) in a completely professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
