I want to commend your sales personnel. I had no prior dealings with your company, but saw that you sold Graff faucets. My local dealer does not have a reliable distributor for graff. I decided to order one set of faucets to test whether your company was reliable. Your salesperson was very helpful and my order arrived as promised. When I called back to order another item, I wanted a special order. Your salesperson was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to get me what I wanted. In my experience, this is unusual it''s all to common to receive the answer - no, when the person just doesn''t want to bother.
