Q:Does this tub come with predrilled holes for the tub faucet?
A:
No, it does not. Therefore your options are open, you can either use a deck mounted one and have the installer drill the holes or you can use a floorstanding one or you can use a wall mounted faucet if the tub is being installed close to a wall.
