Q:If i purchase the aerofeel and hydromax with extra backmax, do i still get full level of hydro jet adjustment and functionality? Ive heard when you buy the combo, you compromise the power and adjustment of the hydromaax system. Also, what does the rest options do?

That is correct. You would loose a bit of power of the pump as you add more functions. You are able to turn off the back max and increase the power a bit. The rest option includes the heater and is a much quieter pump. You do loose the ability to adjust the speed of the pump.
