We had looked at these tubs locally, and ended up saving some money ordering from Quality Bath. The entire process was painless. Jack was awesome and answered all of our questions along the way. The tub came from the manufacturer and was packaged such that the chance of it being damaged had to be near impossible. I believe we received the tub faster than we could have gotten it locally, it arrived very fast. My wife loves the tub itself. The material does not look like acrylic, it looks higher end. It is much lighter than cast iron, and retains the water heat for an incredibly long time. She could not be happier with it. Thanks, Andy
