Q:I am interested in this product but need to know if the entire unit is metal or is it just a plastic (ABS) with "stainless or chrome" paint finish? Thank you!

The hand shower in question is actually ABS with a PVD plating. The reason it is done like this is because the solid metal gets too hot and can be dangerous to hold.
