The Brooklyn31 wall faucet is unique and beautifully crafted. Make sure you order early because there is quite a wait while they manufacture your faucet. I ordered the single handle faucet and received the 2 handle version in error (Watermark's error, not Quality Bath's.). Quality Bath was very proactive in expediting a replacement faucet and Watermark delivered very quickly. The install had a bit of a hiccup when the plumber shortened the stem too much on the handle but Watermark was very helpful with walking me through what needed to be done in order to make it work. I did have to contact Watermark with questions while the plumber was installing the rough in valve as well as the trim kit because the instructions are minimal and needed clarification. The good thing is the manufacturer was very happy to help in each situation. I would definitely purchase Watermark products in the future and purchase from Quality Bath who got me the best price.
