The seat that Toto recommends for this toilet is either the SS114 or the SS204. They are both soft close seats. The hardware comes together with the seats. The tank is model ST416M

I like the toilet a lot. However, it did not come with a toilet seat. I purchased the correct toilet seat for that toilet model. While it fit, it is made to fit many models of Toto toilets, and required different bolts for my model that did not come with the toilet. I had to make two trips to the only plumbing replacement parts store in the city to finally get the proper bolts to install the toilet seat. It should have been much easier.
