The Saniplus system enables the installation of an entire bathroom 15 feet below a sewer line or 150 feet away from a soil stack.
Toilet
Urinal
Sink
Shower
Bathtub
Features and benefits:
The Saniplus has vibration absorbers which reduces the operating sound of the pump by 10db.
The motor for the Saniplus is sealed for life in an oil filled enclosure
The Saniplus was designed so that moving parts are kept to an absolute minimum
The macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM
The Saniplus has a normal cycle of 10-15 seconds keeping power consumption at a minimum
The discharge elbow at the top of the Saniplus can be turned either left or right or back (depending on the discharge installation)
A pre-installed non-return valve prevents back flow into the unit
The Saniplus pumps the effluent upward to 15 feet and/or 150 feet horizontally (with gravity fall)
When the water level goes down the micro switch deactivates the unit until the flush is activated again
Installation (extremely simple installation)
The macerator/pump is connected to the spigot of a horizontal rear discharge toilet
The toilet tank is connected to the water supply
The macerator/pump is connected to the small diameter discharge pipe work
The macerator/pump is connected to the electrical supply
Important factors:
An internal pressure chamber starts and stops the unit and the motor drives the stainless steel macerator blades and pump
The motor is activated by a micro switch in the pressure chamber when flushed
The impeller and macerator blades are driven by a common spindle/shaft
The centrifugal force causes the reduced solids to be expelled through a grill into the container where it is picked up by the impeller pump mounted beneath the motor
The wastewater from other sanitary fixtures is discharged into the Saniplus via two 2-inch inlets on either side of the housing. Either one or both inlets can be used as necessary
When adding a bathtub or shower a base in required. This base should be made out of 2" x 6" (minimum) or 2” x 8” (recommended) to allow for the installation of a P-trap and the required 1/4”per foot gravity flow towards the pump unit.
This unit has been designed with a vent connection on the lid. All plumbing codes require connection to a vent system. Please note that the vent system should be a two-way air vent. The use of mechanical vents, air admittance valves or similar devices are not permitted as these are considered one-way air vent systems. It is also highly recommended for the macerator/pump to be connected to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit.
The Saniplus unit must be connected to a Saniflo rear discharge toilet.
The Saniplus has been certified to American and Canadian Standards. Macerating standard; US: CSA Certified & IAPMO (UPC) listed - ASME A112.3.4, CA: Macerating Standard CSA B45.9.

Review:
I HAVE HAD THE SANIFLO SYSTEM FOR YEARS UNTIL I BOUGHT A NEW
REPLACEMENT FROM QUALITY BATH. I WOULD NOT BE WITH OUT ONE
NO MATER WHAT THE COST. IT WORKS FINE, JUST THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO.
VERY GOOD CUSTOMER CARE ALSO.
By: Robert From: NYBottom Line: Installations would not have been economically possible without the use of your units.
Review:
I have installed 2 saniflo units in 2 different homes. They both are working well. They have not been in use long enough to determine if they will work well with out possibly people flushing incorrect items down them and clogging the units or exit piping. But both installations would not have been economically possible without the use of your units. Enjoy the New Year

Review:
We like the Saniflo system and use in our basement. We purchased from you because the macerator from a previous model was damaged. The unit works well but seems to not flush as well as our previous one. I have tried diagnosing it but can't figure it out. We have a shower attached that causes the most problems. It is like the pump is double-clutching whenever we use the shower and makes a horrible gulping sound. As a result we only use the shower in emergencies. The toilet works fine, however, and that's the main reason we purchased this model.
Q: When ordering this pump, are any additional parts included?
A: The clamps and rubber couplings which are needed for installation are included with the pump.
