This expensive bathtub did not work for me. Shortly after installing I had trouble with the massage feature. It turned on an off in the middle off the night and could not be stopped. I changed the electronics on top of the tub after less than a year but that only helped for a short time. Now the massage feature does not work at all. Customer support is helpful, but all they can tell me is I have too much humidity under the bathtub and need to vent it. Bathtub is enclosed in granite and putting a vent in would be a major project. Other option is to forget massage feature and refinish the bathtub so holes will be totally plucked and electronic shut off. Neither one is an appealing option. If you live in a humid climate and have your bathtub build in, stay away from that product.
