Whirlpool-How does it work?

All Neptune baths with a whirlpool system are now equipped with the new SILENCIA pump. Its unique single speed technology has enabled us to significantly reduce operating noise while increasing pumping power up to 1 h.p. This new component of our whirlpool systems will contribute towards giving our clients a more intense bathing experience, almost in silence! A pump draws up the bath water and projects it through jets which are situated on the sides of the bath. The air supply (by low pressure / venturi effect) speeds up the water flow and enriches it with oxygen. An automatic air supply allows jets to obtain maximum pressure assuring an in-depth massage. The strategic placement of the jets (adjustable) on the side of the bath can direct the jets towards your body’s strategic points in order to personalise your massage. Different types of jets are available: Maxima jets, turbo jets (bigger), and micro-rotating jets with bubbling action which are usually placed at the back of the bath.

Always eager to provide you with the best products, Neptune offers on all his whirlpools the new suction SECURA. A suction that, mechanically, self-releases when anything obstructs the suction’s grid. For Neptune, improving the safety of our clients is always a priority!

Mass-Air-How does it work?

A heating turbine injects / or forces air in the bath water through valve injectors located at the bottom and sometimes in the back of the bath. Each bath is equipped with 12 to 34 injectors, which amounts to 72 to 204 air outlets or more, depending on the size of the bath and the customer’s wishes. The pre-heated air (Optima blower 1050w (1 1/2 h.p.)) is projected through these injectors creating in the process thousands of air bubbles (geyser effect) whose effect is beneficial to the body. Thanks to electronic (multi-function) controls, you can personalise your massage according to your needs.

Activ-Air-How does it work?

A heating blower propels air in the bath water via micro-jets situated all around the bathtub and sometimes even in the backrest. Each bathtub is equipped with 37 to 64 micro-jets, strategically placed in order to maximise the therapeutic effects of the massage and thus to satisfy the needs and desires of each customer. The preheated air (Optima blower 1050w (1 1/2 h.p.)) is propelled through these jets, creating thousands of air bubbles (geyser effect) creating a therapeutic effect. Thanks to electronic controls (multi-function), you can personalise your massage according to your needs. Each micro-jet is designed in order to drain itself automatically. Moreover, twenty minutes after coming to a full stop, the system will automatically activate a drying cycle in order to dry out the injector valves, ensuring their longevity and optimal sanitary conditions.

Hygiene

For Neptune, hygiene is a crucial concern. The injectors come equipped with anti-backwash valves, which guarantee superior hygienic conditions since they keep any infiltration of water flow from the air ducts, thus preventing any bacterial proliferation. Only hot and dry air circulates within the ducts. Moreover, twenty minutes after coming to a full stop, the system will automatically activate a drying cycle in order to dry out the injector valves, ensuring their longevity and optimal sanitary conditions.
