Product came earlier than it was supposed to and works like a dream!

Replaced an identical model with a new one when the old one developed a faulty on/off switch.

Put the towel warmer on a timer - towels & bathroom are always warm - sheer luxury!

We live in the mountains and it is so wonderful to come out of the shower and wrap yourself in a nice warm towel. Our house is surrounded by trees and it also helps dry the towels. I would recommend your product to anyone. The only problem is the on/off switch failed. We just plug and unplug now to turn it off and on.

I purchased the WPRL10 towel warmer and the hard wire kit in matte stainless steel in March of 2013. The purchase and delivery went very smoothly, I received the shipment in just a few days. I hard wired the towel warmer to a Leviton VPT24-1PZ programmable timer switch so I could set the warmer to turn on 90mins before I expected to use the towel and turn off 90mins after to allow some drying time. It has been working very well for almost 3 full months and would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a towel warmer. It does take a little while to get up to full temperature, but this is what I expected for the given power rating. It will get too hot to touch in certain spots, so be careful with small children. It seems to be well built and is basically completely sealed. I read one review complaining about the power switch failing, but I am not concerned since I never touch the built in switch hard wired to the timer. The towel rack looks great in the bathroom and is a nice size, not too bulky, but big enough to warm two towels nicely. The only negative is that there are a few small blemishes in the stainless steel, but they are not very noticeable, and towels are covering them 99.9% of the time anyway.
