The Myson towel warmer is well built. The optional controller makes it easy to program daily settings for warming towels. Having lived in Switzerland for many years we became accustomed to high quality towel warmers in our apartment and hotels. I was great to be able to find similar quality here in USA. We have only had it installed for 9 months but so far it has been wonderful.
We love having a warm towel as we come out of the shower!
