    Review: I was very pleased with your service as a vendor. However, the towel warmer is less than perfect. It's not terrible since it heats adequately but the legs don't stay firmly attached. The screws that attach the legs require tightening every few weeks and sometimes more often than that. The legs never become detached but they get loose and swing around. This is a particular problem because the towel warmer is very hot and I must unplug it so it's cool enough to turn upside down and work on.

    Review: We like the Myson floor towel warmer. It is hotter to the touch than we expected and has scorched a towel. We had a robe on top of the towel and after having only the towel on it we had no further problems. It is very hot if you accidentally touch it! The only problem we've had is the button light went out to tell you it is on or off. It works best with the towel folded to achieve maximum warmth. It is very nice to have a warm towel waiting when you need it.

Excellent Customer Sevice
I found this company after very poor service from a competitor. I had ordered the same product from the competitor who listed the sink as in stock. 8 days later, we still had no shipping info because they had not shipped it yet and didn't even have it in stock.
