Q:On the La toscanna Novella Option 7, when it says "3 way diverter" does that mean you can use the body sprays, shower head and handheld at the same time? If not, can I used 2 at the same time, like the shower head and the handheld? Thankyou

You can use two functions simultaneously. You can not use all three though.

Shower head mount. Does it exit out the side of the wall or ceiling exit?

This comes with all the piping. The shower head is a wall mount arm. You get what is shown in the picture.
