We like it. Overall, the product has met our expectations. Value ---- Eh. Would have been better if it was ?_ the price. We decided to splurge on it because it fit the space we had for a towel warmer, and couldn??t find another company that was selling a narrow one. We have installed it in a cabinet that is open, so you can only see it from the front. Slight discrepancy ---- In the measurements on the diagram, I??m not sure if the Wall to Towel Warmer measurement was included --- because now that the towel warmer is installed, it sticks out an inch or 2 from the space that it was supposed to be hidden in. Not a big deal though.
