We ordered this vanity by phone and had the best customer service you could ask for!! I definitely will be ordering from this site based on customer service alone! When the vanity arrived less than 2 weeks after our order, it was more beautiful than the picture. Very solid cabinetry with soft closing doors and a nice deep cherry color (not too red). I highly recommend this cabinet if you are thinking about ordering. (only negative was I don't recommend adding the steel shoes. They don't come installed and they are a little strange. The will make the vanity almost 2 in. taller. They don't seem to be worth the extra money in my opinion. The vanity is fabulous without them!!!!
