An overflow is a hole on the upper inside of the sink. This hole connects to the sink drain and external piping. If the drain is closed or blocked and the water level reaches the overflow then the water will leave the sink through the overflow hole. Having a sink with an overflow hole will prevent flooding from the sink. When you purchase a drain for the sink, make sure it can be used for a sink with an overflow.

This vanity is a wall hung vanity. On the site we picture it with the optional metal feet that can be added in order to create a floor mounted vanity. If you like how the vanity looks in the picture, then be sure to select the feet from the options on this page.
