I am very happy to have found Quality Bath!! I searched the web extensively to find the best prices on the items I needed for my master bath remodel. The Fairmont Designs vanity, Santec fixtures, and Empire medicine cabinet could not be found for less anywhere else. And to top it off, the service was outstanding! I have spoken with several different agents over the past two months, and every single one of them was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the most specific questions I had were answered after the reps made quick calls directly to the manufacturers while I was on hold. Communications could not be beat as I was promptly notified of the out of stock status of my vanity. The reps at QB maintained contact with Faimont Designs so that I always knew what was going on and when to expect my vanity. The Santec fixtures were delivered within days, and my medicine cabinet has already shipped after I ordered it yesterday! I couldn't be happier!
