Excellent customer service
I am extremely pleased with the customer service at QualityBath.com. I ordered a Toto toilet and perfectionist that I am there were two very small brown spots in the glaze of the white toilet bowl that probably would have driven me crazy (plus I didn't want guests to think I didn't clean the bowl!!!) I told Janet I hadn't decided whether or not to exchange, but wanted to call within the 24 hour limit for exchanging defective products. She encouraged me to exchange, in order to be 100% satisfied. UPS came right to my door to get the defective bowl. The next bowl came very quickly but unfortunately the color was whiter/brighter than the tank and I felt it was not a good match. Again, Janet was super about the situation and a replacement was sent out immediately. Within two days I had my new, matching, defect-free toilet bowl (third time a charm). No hassle exchangesI am thrilled.
