I had a very good experience ordering my Vanity through Quality Bath. And I saved over $300 by ordering through them verses the local vanity store. The only negative reviews from others was the lack of communication. So I took it upon myself to actually call the 800# at Quality Bath and they were very plesent and very helpful. The customer service rep explained how my order is shipped from the vendor to them and then they would ship out to me. She double checked it wasn't back ordered and then she gave me a general timeline. She did say the delivery company would contact me (they didn't) but I happen to be home when they delivered and my particular driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. It was much faster than I expected and a much better price that shopping at the local stores. - Caryn from MA
