I'm very happy with the size and the modern aesthetic. I was also glad to be able to have it in a hard-wire kit so that you don't have to see the electrical lines coming out of the warmer and into the wall. Make sure to have your contractor mount it into the wall with the appropriate anchors; ours did not and it pulled out from the wall at first. Definitely worth it!
Quality product but only big enough for one bath towel. I should have gotten a larger one.
