Every aspect of our experience with QualityBath has exceeded excellence. Dov is the" Fairy Godfather" of bath supplies! I had a mighty large wish list! He helped me locate every part at an affordable price. I kept thinking to myself "IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" something is going to backfire somewhere... truth be told, all of it arrived in less than a week! When it was time to install everything I was biting my lip in anticipating the worst; parts will be missing, not function correctly, or it will be an old style- low and behold "it is a fairy tale ending!" After all was said and done, I realized I needed an additional part and Dov helped me locate what I needed and had it delivered to my home without me having to lose any time as far as installation.
