We really enjoy our new KWC faucet. However, we purchased the extended arm and it turns out that the extra height makes the faucet a little splashy when the water is coming out as a stream. There is no problem when put on the sprinkle mode. I would highly recommend the faucet without the extended arm.
We purchasede our first KWC kitchen faucet at least 15 yrs ago and needed to finally replace it.
We looked online at every mfr and style and still decided to replace it with the same exact faucet.
It fit the kitchen sink and counter space area very well. Very quality product, attractive and your
site had the best price. I love the new stainless steel faucet.
My wife and I like our KWC faucet very much.
It works well and looks very nice.
The installation instructions were very abbreviated compared to other faucets I have installed and the diagram was a little hard to understand.
Also, I wish the water hoses had been a little (2 inches) longer so I would not have had to buy extensions and adapters.
But, since the installation, we are very happy.

I find the KWC faucet ok but am not wowed. My contactor found it difficult to install compared to standard or more well-known brands. There was a large "plug" of brass casting that also caused a lot of problems trying to figure out the flow until he took it all apart and found that was clogging the flow.
I like that there is a way to keep the faucet set on "spray"for dish and vegetable rinsing rather than a more concentrated flow. I find it splashes a lot compared to our previous faucet, so that water is frequently pooling on the counter nearby. That may be that that's a function of it being higher than our old one. It's confusing that there are no markings indicating hot or cold and having a back-to-front set up (cold is handle toward back, hot toward front) is also confusing for people to figure out.
I bought KWC because a local kitchen designer told me that the quality and durability is much better than Kohler, etc. Planning to use it for decades, I hope this is true. I do like the look (not overly modern, not fake antique-y)- and the height of it (allowing pans underneath without being a high arc). I like the pull-out spout for sink cleaning, etc.
I not only ordered one KWC 'domo' faucet but I bot another one for the 2nd home I just purchased. The first one I have owned for a year and the second one for only a few months. I was very pleased with the delivery you offered and, of course, the quality of the product is superb. My only concern is that on the first one I purchased, the knob at the top of the faucet which turns the water into the spray mode often sticks and does not turn off automatically as it should. I must pull it up by hand. Obviously, this is a flaw, but nothing major. It only happens on one of the faucets. I would certainly recommend this faucet to anyone and am sure I will enjoy both of them for years to come.
We love our new KWC kitchen faucet, it replaces an older model over 20 years old, new styling but the same quality.

So far faucet is working fine and is it is attractive. One item of concern is weight and height of Faucet which causes strain on sink mounting hole, causing the unit to appear slightly bent over. Our other concern was that we have a two bowl sink and the lever control is mounted on the right hand side lower than the spout. The effect is if you are right handed you would have to pass your hand under the water stream to turn faucet on and off. We corrected this by reversing on/off lever to the left side. The last of our initial observations is we have three sink mounting holes for faucet, and soap and cleaner dispensers; To get faucet to hit center of main sink bowl we had to install unit in far right mounting hole (Not the center one as our prior KWC unit) in order to reach center of main tub which has the effect of causing the spout not to reach the center of the secondary tub. Other than these quirks we are satisfied with unit.
The faucet is elegant, rugged, and as with most Swiss products, very well constructed.

We are really pleased with our KWC kitchen faucet. Could not have made a better choice. It is a high quality faucet and Swiss craftsmanship at its best. It is so simple to use.You can even use it with your elbow if your hands are dirty or sticky from pizza dough. The KWC Suprimo (10.271.303.700) kitchen faucet is both functional and aesthetic. The elegant sleek design looks terrific in our Scandinavian modern kitchen. Its single lever and pull-out spout connected to a high flex hose make it ideal for fast rinsing and convenient for filling large heavy pots and buckets. We mounted our faucet off-center, 4 1/2" from the end of the rectangular 21"X16" stainless steel sink, and have found this to be very practical when hand washing large items. We highly recommend the KWC faucet.

We love our new KWC faucet. The price, while expensive, was an exceptional bargain compared to what the faucet could have cost us otherwise. The faucet was delivered quickly and with no problems. Installation was a snap and functions as expected. Our experience between the KWC faucet and QB was very positive.
