I bought this faucet for our new modern home. Since the faucet was incorporated into a large granite island with an under mount stainless steel sink, size and height of the faucet was not an issue for me. I have no issue at all with turning off the water, or the spray going back to its position as one review indicated. Maybe there were improvements to the faucet. Also the spray softness is fine for me. While you will not get a gentle rain like spray, its fine for washing lettuce and for power spraying food off plates. I also purchased the soap dispenser. I have the fine lever, and while it looks dainty it is very sturdy. I really like the black hose as it is easy to keep clean when compared to the stainless steel hoses. I highly recommend this faucet!

Looks great and solid build but the spring loaded spout often doesn't snap back and have to fiddle with it to get the water to shut off properly. The spray as described by another user is not soft. Have to dial down the water pressure on the feeder side to get it to spray soft without splashing out of the sink. I'd still buy it again. It's just too beautiful and I don't regret it.

Pros 1. Looks. Particularly the rubber neck instead of a spring neck. Cons 1. Tall. Upper cabinets had to be moved up to accommodate neck. 2. Spray insufficiently soft. There are two spray setting - neck lever half depressed (soft) and neck lever fully depressed (harsh). Both are too jet-like. Wish it had more spready to wash veggies w/o splashing.
