To accommodate our increased call volume, we are currently looking for 6-20 Customer Service Representatives for our QualityBath e-commerce division. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone and email communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• To assist customers with sales
• Answer incoming customer emails using our CRM tool
• To place orders over the internet
• To use our order management system to check orders, customer inquiries, research credit card charges.
• Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
• Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor that portrays the company in a positive light.
• Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
• Answer messages in authorized email queues as directed by Customer Service Manager.
• Understand and correctly use Customer Service Tools.
• Maintain acceptable call lengths and email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative.
• All contacts should meet QualityBath.com expectations for quality.
• Logs in on time; logs out not before end of scheduled shift.
• Utilizes multi-line phone to conduct daily activities.
• Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel while including possible solutions or suggestions.
• Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent a minimum.
• Previous experience with Customer Service preferred.

Lakewood, NJ based E-Commerce company is seeking a full-time, salaried programmer/developer with extensive coding knowledge. A minimum of four (4) years working experience required. Working knowledge and broad experience with the following programs/languages is required: HTML, XSL/XML, COM+, VBA and ASP. Must be able to perform maintenance and optimization of MySQL Server , and Windows 2000 Server (IIS 5).

Candidate must have general knowledge of and oversee Systems Administrator duties, assuming key responsibility for ensuring continual up time of Web operations. Assumes ultimate responsibility for managing and enforcement of security procedures: customer database, servers, firewall and software. Assist in the implementation and tracking of various e-commerce marketing initiatives. Must be creative and able to lead project development initiatives.

Must have:

Candidate must have a strong aptitude to design and/or code web based computer applications; demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and develop applications to support them; project management skills; ability to adapt to changing work environments, and to quickly acquire new skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This person needs to formulate creative technical solutions to address business issues, and recommend web infrastructure improvements. Work independently leading and managing, complex projects that promote the Company’s overall e-commerce presence.

Demonstrated proficiency in ASP, XML/XSL, COM and MySQL, strong problem solving and communication skills are required.

BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred. You must be willing to attack problems and make progress even while the solution is still being defined.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert knowledge of XHTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript; strong knowledge of web standards
• Expert in at least one - ASP/JSP/PHP or similar object-oriented server-side scripting language (familiarity with TEA a plus)
• Solid understanding of XML
• Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team
• Experience with Flash application development; ActionScript a plus.
• Extensive structured programming experience
• Proven resourcefulness in troubleshooting complex problems, finding available internal solutions, as well as developing new solutions based on external sources (Google can find anything!)
