Great customer support!!
I ordered a Windsor medicine cabinet (600 plus dollars) - when it arrived I unpacked the unit with the Fed Ex man. The unit was expertly packed but had some damage on the front (to me it appeared to be damage that occurred prior to shipping). I called Quality Bath, explained the situation and provided pictures. Within two business days my situation was resolved and a new unit was shipped (no charges whatsoever!). I'm a small business owner and conduct my business in the same manner, it was refreshing to find another business that operates in the same manner. The new unit arrived in perfect shape! Thanks for the great customer support!!!
