This shower head can be used facing down as a rain showerhead or at an angle, tilted. I personally don't always like water to come from the top, for example, if I don't want to get my hair wet, or if I don't want water to get into my eyes, so this is a great option for households where one person likes a rain shower, and the other one prefers an angled shower head. It has great pressure, great water output and feels great.
