Overall we are pleased with our purchase. Great look, great quality. Love the pull-down feature. My only complaint would be that it has a tendency to 'splatter' when in the 'needle spray' mode. Also you are unable to click back into full spray once you have it on the needle spray mode. You have to turn the faucet completely off and turn back on again for the full spray. That can be a little annoying. The price definitely represents the quality of the product which is very appreciative.

I received my faucet very quickly. It is one of my favorite purchases for my newly remodeled kitchen. I have very little clearance between my sink and the window frame behind it. Not only was this one of very few faucets that fit the bill with foward movement of the hot and cold adjustment, but it had the optional high stream spray that I was looking for. When I update my bathroom faucet in the future I would look first at Hansgrohe products.

This faucet is a dripper. It drips continually and I really don't like the spray feature, which only releases when you turn of the water. Looks good but the angle of pull down is awkward. For a Hansgrohe product, I'm a little disappointed.

I have both the Hansgrohe Talis C higharc and the slightly shorter prep version. I love them both. I could have used the prep version for the main sink, as it is plenty tall enough. They look awesome, work flawlessly, plumber reported no issues with the installation. The only drawback is you have to turn off the faucet to change back to aerated stream from the spray. I love the magnet to hold the spray arm in place. They feel high quality, if that makes sense. Quality Bath shipped the right items in a timely manner, at a fair price. I would purchase from them again.

I am not a new customer to Hansgrohe. In a previously remodeled bathroom I purchased these products so was therefore interested in looking at them for a kitchen remodel. So on to this faucet. The quality is excellent. At first I had a little trouble adjusting to the direction of the control arm since it is totally opposite from most conventional faucets. But within days that was not an issue. The faucet head is easily controlled. I bought the regular flow which I needed since living in a 90 year old house has it separate problems with water pressure. The head effortlessly slides in and out to fill pots, rinse the sink etc. The arc is perfect and a good look. A well thought out, wonderful piece of equipment. This is definitely the "right tool for the job". The installation was fairly simple and the one hole gives a very clean look.
