It drips sometimes after shut off. I've had several Hansgrohe faucets in my life, and am a fan of them, but this one is not as reliable as the others. The finish is easy to care for, and otherwise it's good.

When our builder supplied faucet fell apart in the first few months, we went online looking for something that fit our very large 3 bowl sink. We quickly found out that anything of any quality (i.e. NOT chinese junk) was considerably expensive. After narrowing down the the particular brand and models, we went searching for price and found that nobody could come even close to the Quality Bath price. In fact, it was so low that I had to question whether it was *really* a legit product, not refurb or knock off ... but one phone call and I knew I had a winner. Product is awesome, the extra long head stretches way out into the sink to make it easy to use in place, or pull out the sprayer for those extra few inches to get to the far corners or around a large pot. The handle is wonderful : very smooth operation, large and on top so easy to access and control. It is easy to work the pressure and temp control with other parts of my arm when I have greasy hands. The sprayer gives a wide spray with a generous flow of water, so much so that I often have to lower the flow to half setting for normal use. Whatever the material is, we have had no problem keeping it clean and looking great with a simple wipe of the cloth. All in all a great product at a great price.

My old kitchen was gutted right down to the studs and I had the luxury of starting over. There is a somewhat unusual color scheme in that the lower cabinets are grey-green and the upper cabinets are clear maple. The counter top is a beautiful quartz. All the appliances are stainless and the sink is a very deep apron front stainless sink. Selecting a faucet was a challenge. Finally, I found the Hansgrohe Talis S. It worked out perfectly. What a find. Not curvy, not too small or large, and not starkly modern looking. Not only is the Talis S sharp, it works perfectly. My only wish is that the pull out faucet spray button could be used to turn the spray off. As it is, the button is used to turn on the spray but to stop the spray the water must be turned off at the hot/cold lever.

The Grohe Allegro E Is great. The only thing that I would do differently in the future is use a top mounting plate because the stainless steel sink is not quite stiff enough on it's own to make the faucet very solid in it's mounting. It definitely looks much better without the mounting plate.

This faucet replaces a 10-year-old Moen in our kitchen. Despite its lifetime warranty, the Moen was always trouble prone, so anything new was bound to be an improvement. The Hansgrohe looks nice and the handle has a smooth, light action without feeling cheap. Two small issues: First, if you don't center the handle when you turn the water off, it will dribble a bit. Second, this faucet somehow lets the water run very forcefully when it's on all the way; I've seen other reviews that noted this as well. So if you turn the water on all the way, it will splash back up at you. It's easy enough to turn it down; you just have to change your habits a little. I like do-it-yourself projects, but we had a pro install this faucet. I'm glad we did, because my wife said she heard a lot of cursing from the plumber when he was trying to get the old one out. So far I'm satisfied with this faucet, but I won't know if I'm really happy with it until I find out how well it lasts.

Love the Hansgrohe Allegro E. 'It's gorgeous and the perfect fit for our new laundry room over-sized sink. We use the sink twice a week for bathing our Scottie dogs. The flow is perfect and the temperature is easy to adjust while hanging on to a squiggling dog. We don't miss having a "metal handle" this one looks great and doesn't get hot enough to burn anyone.
