I'm a retiring fire chief in California who purchased three of these for the mountain home I'm re-building to retire to in the spring. I had my own plumbing business in California for about 20 years and chose Grohe based on that experience. While it has been about 15 years since my business was active, I felt comfortable with the continued quality of Grohe. These faucets didn't let me down. For the pro they are easy to install; a DIYer should be able to install with little trouble too. The faucets are high quality with smooth turning handles and a positive shut-off. Those who have toured our "still-under-construction house" comment on the style, finish and look of our bath trim. These are worth the money paid for a higher-end faucet. The sales staff at Quality Bath was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had placed a large order (two bathrooms of shower valves, tub valves, hand-held sprays, rain heads, lavy faucets, wall unions and assorted trim). QB sent me regular shipping updates and order balances to keep me up to date with my order status. I still need to order two faucets for my kitchen and a potfiller; you can guess where I'll go for those items. D
