Knowledge of your products was exceptional and the techs I talked to steered me in the rite direction, saving me time and money,price was great cuz I shopped around one half of order was out of stock but other half was received immediately. Also emails kept me posted on back order part.installation was a breeze and will have kept your web site on my favorites lists because their is no need to shop elsewhere . Am waiting for some of my other faucets to wear out so I can shop with y'all gain, thanks for all the help.
