Excellent service, excellent products
We decided to take the plunge and purchase all of our fixtures for our kitchen/bath remodel online. We chose QualityBath because of fantastic pricing, the extensive range of brands available, and great customer reviews. It has turned out to be a very positive experience! Three out of four of our products arrived in perfect condition and on time, while the fourth, a faucet shipped from Italy, arrived damaged. I called Janet at QualityBath, who immediately put a call in to the US distributor of the Italian brand. The distributor took it from there and arranged for us to have a new faucet sent from Italy ASAP, after requesting and looking at some photos of the damaged faucet and packaging. (The underlying cause of the damage to the faucet was due to poor packaging by the Italian manufacturer, not anything that QualityBath could have caused or prevented.)
