We love our Empire bathroom vanity, and the service we received from you at Quality Bath. My husband and I re-oriented our small upstairs bathroom by moving a door so we could fit a 48 inch vanity along one wall. The plumbers were coming to move the pipes, and I realized that we needed an exact schematic of the back of the vanity so they could position the pipes properly to fit in the opening there. Your customer service representative was courteous, helpful and very fast at providing me with a diagram complete with exact measurements for the location of the opening at the back of the vanity. When we received the vanity itself, the installation went perfectly because the pipes were exactly where they needed to be! The Empire vanity is absolutely beautiful. It’s sturdy, well made and simply gorgeous. I love the fact that it looks like a piece of furniture. And my husband just loved the fact that the back of the vanity at the feet is shaped for the 5 ½” foot trim we have in our home. It allows for the vanity to be flush with the wall. And I can’t forget to say that when I called originally to ask a question about the vanity, I was told I could save an additional % (I don’t remember what it was I’m sorry) by ordering on the phone. So I did!
