Q:Does this vanity come in differant colors?

No. Nutmeg (which is the color pictured) is the only color that it comes in.

Q:Can one alter this cabinet so the side front doors open, or take the doors off? Does matching 'skin' exist to close the sides? Can this order be shipped in less than 3 weeks? Where is this shipped from?
A:
Only the middle panel has the ability to open and close. You can remove it yourself if you would like. There are no existing panels that can be ordered to close the side openings. We order it directly from Fairmont in California and ship it form our warehouse in New Jersey. Fairmont does not have it in stock right now the lead time is 4-6 weeks.

The faucet shown is CIFIAL faucet brand, ASB collection, High Arch widespread in the Aged Brass finish.
